Is LegalNature legitimate?

Yes—LegalNature is a real U.S. online legal-document and filing provider with published pricing, terms, support channels, and business-formation services.

Legitimate does not mean appropriate for every legal problem. LegalNature provides guided documents and administrative filing support; it does not create an attorney-client relationship for a complex ownership dispute, regulated business, bespoke financing, or litigation matter.

Membership price and included documents

LegalNature+ costs $119 annually or $39 month-to-month and covers unlimited creation, editing, and storage across its document library.

The library spans business, real estate, landlord, personal, and estate-planning forms. Examples shown publicly include operating agreements, articles, service agreements, NDAs, employee documents, leases, powers of attorney, wills, trusts, deeds, and affidavits.

The membership is for document access. Government filing fees and separately listed business services are not automatically included merely because a document template appears in the library.
